The pictures are of suspected illegal dog breeders who were spotted trying to sell French Bulldog puppies for $4500 out of the back of their truck. They were seen at a farmers market and asked to leave and then at an Amish Market. They are a middle aged, white, male and female and the female had an accent. There wasn't a category for this topic but I hope someone can still get the word out to have these people caught and stopped.
