Description

This Nissan Murano has been parked here for at least two months. It’s being used by people to smoke weed and sleep in. The tags are expired. Homeless are sleeping in it. It needs to go. There is also a Chevy cobalt and a BMW parked right behind it. These two vehicles are also being used to sleep in and store peoples luggage and other property. People drive up in their cars and take things in and out of these two vehicles like it’s a storage locker. Both of these cars have no license plates on them. These two vehicles also need to go. All three of these vehicles in front of Elmhurst Latter Day Saints church on Thermal Street. The address of the house across the street from these three vehicles is 9703 Thermal St.
