Caller states that there is a homeless encampment that has established itself by the bus stop. They have an RV and now 2 cars parked there. Human activity is present as they are dumping trash and working on these 2 vehicles. They have been there for 4 weeks. He has been in contact KCSO and it appears nothing has been done with this.
