TRUCK HAS BEEN PARKED IN OPERABLE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS. THE JUNK WAS CLEANED ONCE BEFORE, BUT IS MAKING INTO THE MAIN ROADWAY ONCE AGAIN. VERY UNSAFE.
