Description

Yesterday on 8/21 at about 2:30pm an individual stopped his car in front of my house. After several minutes his door opened and out dropped a bottle. It rolled into the gutter. Upon further review it looks like it is full of pee. I am only reporting this because it is the first time i have seen this happen in our neighborhood. Put this at the bottom of your list. If you are in the neighborhood i have a video of the incident. Thank you for your time. I will eventually pick it up and toss it in the trash.
