APD doesn't enforce any laws on street homeless unless they spill blood first. It has been like that since 2016. ACS is only enabling fentanyl addicts remain on the streets, so they can continue fentanyl addiction more easily. In the international district, fentanyl addicts break into unoccupied houses and destroy them by pulling wall wires out and cutting metal pipes just to sell for fentanyl pills. They smoke fentanyl pills called blues all day long, one after another.

You’re not helping, bob….the homeless just keep coming back, again and again. APD, ACS need to see these multiple attempts to get somebody out here to assess what needs to be done. We’ve asked for patrolling and we have yet to see extra, let alone any, police vehicles on this street. And ACS…where the hell are you?! Why hasn’t anyone been out here to help deal with the slew of homeless, drug addicts that continuously shoot you outside our front gate?! Isn’t public safety your job???

We’ve called about people doing drugs right in front of our house. Isn’t public safety your job???

Forget ACS. They come, try to talk to fentanyl addicts, give them water and energy bars, and that's it. Never ever fentanyl addicts decided to do what ACS might have suggested. The only time they go to shelters is just before cold freeze weather, and that's just before storm is gone. APD will patrol if dozens of reports are filed, but even then they are strictly instructed not alto arrest fentanyl addicts for anything unless they are directly endangering someone's life. I hate to say this, but for the most part you are on your own. Be very vigilant especially about your surroundings, and have some sort of protection always ready. That's our new reality.
