To whom it may concern, This is the third request as to what happened our street lighting at the South East corner of Cavavan Lane and Oracle. This light has been there since the development of the residence. I first sent a request to relamp the light standard only to find out the light standard,pole and luminaire are no longer there. Was it stolden, removed for repalcement etc. for NO one is responding to my requests. It has now been a couple of weeks without this luminare. When will it be replaced, repaired and reinstalled. There are quite a few resident asking about this and the absence of this luminaire. This is not a signal light and the concern is street lighting that has been removed, stolden and not replaced. Pleas provide some sort of response regarding this very important issue and a major concern of the residents of the neighborhood. If it was removed by whom, authorized, authorization by whom and when, and what date was it authorized to be removed and when was it removed.

This light could be a part of TEP's dusk to dawn lighting program and TEP is responsible for any maintenance and repair of this light.
