Description
Gentleman: Please visit the Whitehall Park, behind the residences on Holmes Court and address the dead and dying trees, including dead limbs hanging high in the joints of other trees, some of which appear to pose a hazard. Other dead tree limbs on the ground are an attractant for wood eating insects. There are also standing dead trees which should be removed.
