Reck checked into this on 7/12/23 and is waiting on a response from Rich Benkwitt in terms of our responsibility to clear out the brook at this location. We have a drainage easement at this location but the pipe is fairly new so it is possible the brook repairs would be the responsibility of the homeowner but we are waiting on confirmation.
