Description

Garbage cans have remained in front of the building ever since this was last reported a year ago (even though the posting no longer shows on this platform, it was reported)! Now they are always overflowing with trash that spills over onto the sidewalk even the day after garbage has been picked up. It's disgusting! Same for the house next door at 34.
