A. There is a small retaining wall against the road near my mailbox which is falling apart. I believe this is Town property as I understand 20 feet from road into my property which belongs to the town. I would have taken care of this myself but I have a heart condition which precludes me from heavy lifting. Pleas repair. Thank You
