Mr. Tommy Lockhart.. called to state he did not receive his re/garbage cart.... advised Mr. Lockhart our records indicate that a garbage cart was previously delivered to this address on 11/13/2023... He was also advised BSO Report or $60 replacement fee required to replace bin.
