Description

sewer on north side of Lincoln Ave where it crosses Homestead Ave takes 12-24 hours to drain after heavy rainfall. Street cannot be crossed, and parked cars cannot be accessed for a least a distance of 200' both ways from sewer. This has been chronic for over a year, but no action has been taken since I last reported it.
