Description

BLACK HONDA CIVIC PLATE # 4WIH885 this. Vehicle has been parked on the street for almost a year - has 2 flat tires in the back. 2 giant rocks in the front. Weeds growing around the vehicle. The car is not parked close to the curb. Takes up space on the block and is just an EYE SORE to our community.
