Description

2 abandoned bicycles right next to each other; 1 has a plastic bag over seat, the other has a rusted chain/no seat.
These chained to the on-street bike rack corral located in front of the McDonald's @ Verizon Center (700 block of 7th St. NW). I tagged both today with a DDOT 10-day notice tag.
