I have spoken to the By-Law Enforcement Officer,and he tells me that he has NO power to enforse this ByLaw.

10:40 today,watched Rent A Centre delivery truck turn off of main street onto Herbert Street proceed thru 2 No Truck Allowed signs all the way up The street and turn off at the end of the Street totally a Truck Route Infraction

Called the rental company to inform and he will pass on to all drivers for action.

12:45pm today,Duffas Garbage Removal observed on Herbert Street,since this street is not serviced by this garbage company,they are in violation of this bylaw,and have been told so in the past

Waiting for response from solicitor.... will advise.
