Description

There is a tree limb blocking the view of the stoplights in the westbound lane of Chapel St. at the James St. intersection.

This seems like a pretty dangerous problem. I'd definitely like to see this fixed.

Actually, it's pretty tough to see the streetlights the full length of Chapel between Ferry and East due to tree branches. Can the City please trim them back?
