Description

Vehicles routinely park at the exit of the third street tunnel across from the homeless shelter. This places them in the way of vehicles turning right onto D st. The first "space" has no parking meter so clearly it is assumed this is a "free parking" place. They are easy to spot and about one block from the police station so it seems unlikely they are not noticed. How about the police routinely check for and tow them?
