Issue acknowledged. It is not clear from your complaint if you are asking us if the property owners plan to move a tiny house to their back yard or if you are telling us that you have first hand information that the property owners intend to move it to the back yard.
We will document this with a staff photo on Tuesday and investigate. If there is a tiny home in a driveway it would not require a zoning permit unless it is there for more than 30 days.
Thank you for reporting this. It will help start the clock on a possible violation.
it has been there for over 30 days . I go by most days and have seen it there. I was told by someone in the area that they were told that there were plans to move it to the back yard . Seeing how it is still on a trailer I do not know if a permit is required or not. Hopefully Tues. your office will find out more. thanks
I spoke with the property owner. The trailer does have a legal plate on it so it is legal. They have no plans to move this onto the rear yard so don't believe rumors. I did explain that if they intend to store it off pavement that it would require a zoning permit. they stated they understood. No one is living in the trailer.
