Description

When heading north on Atlantic Avenue and turning left on Whitaker Mill there is a red light with an arrow that is unnecessary. From that red light you can see north on Atlantic Avenue for 1 mile clearly. So why should the left turn be prohibited when the Visibility is unrestricted?
