Description
Tree limbs are hanging over and heavily leaning on powerlines. We have called and are told we need to figure out each line and call each company to come a trim them! I had called a couple of years ago and 1 came out and cut a LITTLE back from THEIR line and left the rest and told me to call the other companies! This isn't even our tree, but the people it belongs to are elderly and I cant expect them to take care of this! SO... NOONE WANTS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT??? I guess we have to wait for it to be a hazard after one of these storms brings the LIVE WIRES down! Hope noone gets hurt!

AND... THIS IS WHERE THE CITY OF WEST HAVEN GOT WITH IT... :/
UI follow-up response:
I talked to our line clearance supervisor about this. He swung by these locations and did not see anything that " jumped out at him" as needing trimming. At this point, I would recommend that the residents call the UI call center at 1-800-7callui, and have a notification entered explaining what it is that they think needs to be trimmed. It may not be our responsibility to do but will give us a clearer idea of what they are looking at.
