I am on the home association board for the townhouses located at 115-125 E. Sigwalt. We were planning to have some work done on our landscape lighting and our lawn sprinklers.
We knew the original plans for the gas mains would require excavation at the corner of Sigwalt and Evergreen to facilitate boring equipment. However, the job seems to have expanded. Do you have dates for completing sidewalk repairs in front of our townhouses?

Mr. Chrisman’s regarding the Nicor project on Sigwalt. Nicor’s contractor NPL, has opened up some sidewalk on Sigwalt from just East of Evergreen to just West of Vail in order to locate Utilities and Bore under the sidewalk from East to West. Some excavations will not be back filled until the Evergreen Main and Services have been completed. Having said this, all excavations will be made safe for travel in the roadway and sidewalk. With everything in mind and the scope of the project it would be difficult to put a time frame on restoration at Sigwalt and Evergreen.
