Description

Lots of trash in the trash can and also beside it. Overtaken by homeless encampment in the middle of the park. Lots of dried grass from mowing the lawn in the green area of park and also along the sidewalk of 8th St (east side) between Jackson and Madison. Seems like Public works need to hire more people for the increase amount of work by the homeless. Is anyone looking into this problem? We know you do a lot, but we cannot allow the city to be led to be such a state. Please and Thank you.
