Description

Vegetative growth from 580 Dover Dr is obstructing/restricting/impeding public way access to sidewalk on Walnut Avenue in violation of 1-6.301.m. Vegetation was planted nearly immediately along sidewalk edge, therefore continued growth has worsened the obstruction and is at the point where public cannot fully use sidewalk due to the growth.
