Traffic enforcement and/or infrastructure improvements needed on 45th Street between Adeline & San Pablo Avenue. There are stop signs and traffic circles in place but clearance is generous, therefore motorists do not see little need to slow down to avoid causing damage to their vehicles. The majority of vehicles do not stop & speed through intersections.
