We have forwarded this issue to our streets department.

I need a description of the location and size of this pothole so I can give that to the Pothole Patrol.

It is in front of the 1208 old mill address in the middle of the road. There is about 5 hopes they filled it with asphalt the other week but that is washing away already.

Okay, I will let the pothole guys know it is already washing out.
