    The Current NICERIDE rack is at the bottom of the West ramp to the 94 - Seward/Augsburg pedestrian ramp at 9th St and 22nd Ave. This is between the ramp and the curb cut. It narrows and, depending on how well bikes/scooters are parked, can impede traffic to/from the curb cut. This is a safety hazard for both wheelchairs and bicycles
    I would suggest moving it next year to the East side of the bridge, East of the curb cut. It would be out of the way for bridge traffic.

    I just got home from riding the 22 city bus south. In the second block of 28th Avenue south of 38th street the driving lands became too narrow for two way traffic and there was a traffic jam. After 10 minutes of not moving I got off the bus and directed the north bound traffic to back up or back into parking spaces. We finally got the bus going South again. This problem occurs every winter. There is heavy bus traffic through this section of 28th Avenue and parking needs to be restricted to one side even though it is a snow emergency route.

    After utility work in street, Storm sewer grate right next to bikeway was replaced with slats parallel to lane rather than perpendicular. Really dangerous. Wheel would drop in if cyclist rode over grate.
