The manager of this complex (D Sanders )installed a basketball hoop(in the parking lot)which in its self is a safety issue.When I called He repeaedt you can't tell anyone how to live just live with The problem was created by PCC please fix it! This complaint is actually as follows Nichols to East Main to under the viaduct on the left side of Nichols is a large homeless camp. Which is kinda scary if you have to park there.!They have toilets by the fencing and tons tons of trash. Please try and clean this up 🗣I spoke to this person who said he was a rep of Steelpoint Let's make the Eastside beautiful! This person named Todd wouldn't even go near it but they move tons of dirt from that area🤬Back to the issue clean up this disgusting area🤦🏻‍♀️Maybe the Mayor and the some Dept heads needs to take a walk through there🤔🤣

On the side of this 2 family the family at 315 threw pile and piles of trash from the garage. It had been here over 5 months. The other day I saw a huge rat run into the building. The owner has brought multiple properties in this area and he needs to clean up 315😡

This is a state and city owned lot between Pembroke & East Main on Nichols Street left hand side. The grass and weeds are over 3 feet tall and the homeless person living on Nichols Street parking lot is using it as his bathroom.He left feces filled clothing on the sidewalk and inside the lot🤮If the grass was cut down he wouldn't be able to do i.
