    So what's the deal with College Street between Chapel and Crown? The bike lane is useless because it's either filled with double parked cars or dangerous because of cars entering and exiting the illegal parking spots on the west side. Get rid of the flex posts, replace them with permanent barriers, and make it a wide two-way cycletrack removing the parking on the west side so it's actually safe for all users.

    NHPA isn't even getting any parking fees from the meters on the west side, and many of the meters are missing from the east side.

    The pedestrian button at the southeast corner of Whalley Avenue & Ramsdell Street is inoperable. Seems bent like someone may have crashed into it. Makes it very treacherous to cross this intersection.

    There is a hole about three feet long with lots of smaller pieces all over the place. A car had just cut me off into the driveway so I didn't see the pothole and had to swerve into the travel lane to avoid it. I definitely would've gotten a flat tire on my bike if there was a car next to me. Please fix this and Paul Manafort Drive in general!

    I was riding my bike along the CTfastrak Multi-Use Trail when it dumped me onto East Street for the stretch where the busway crosses over. The sidewalk is great except for this very short section which is terribly maintained. There was gravel debris in the driveway of East Side Car Clinic and I got a flat tire. Luckily I was able to walk the ~10 minutes to the East Street Station and take the bus to BiCi Co bike shop in Parkville, Hartford, but this is unacceptable for a trail that's over four years old! Thanks!
