the landlord hadn't taken this rotting garbage that a tenant that moved early this month left the smell is horrible my kids can't go to the backyard and play it's unbearable with the heat and rotting garbage that he's doing nothing about .

every morning the super from the building at 77 park Ave uses a leaf blower to blow the trash from in front of his building to the middle of the street and in front of the other building across the street .

the lady from the store allows ppl to hang out and sell drugs in front of her store we have spoken to her about it and she says it's a free sidewalk..they start in front of her store then come to the front of our building leaving trash and other things in front of our building..

for the past 2 months they have been mixing Clorox and floor cleaner and the smell in the store is really bad people complain about the smell and they don't do anything about it it's not a pleasant shopping experience when you walk in it's terrible

i have a question about noise ordinance in Paterson NJ..i live in a building and the landlord won't tell the tenants to lower their music all he's telling me that he can't say anything until 10pm and they have kept it on past 10 what can I do..

the lady from the store keeps putting her trash which you can see the trash on the left is hers the trash on the right is our trash we told her that her trash has to go infront of her store still doesn't listen saying she has the right to put her trash on our sidewalk because it's public when her trash bags break we have to pick it up from the front making our area dirty ...we as tenants have to keep our area clean and she's not letting us by sending ppl to put her trash and leaving broken bags that we have to pick up..it's not right

this is the same homeless lady that was around the corner on summer st she screams at ppl when they don't give her money she brings her other friends to leave trash in front of ppl houses

homeless drug addicts are making this their home and it's getting nasty

the sidewalk has been like this for over a week nobody is picking the garbage up and it's getting worse..it's a the intersection of park ave and straight street..it's really bad to walk everyday..

the landlord from the building does nothing spoken to him a couple of times and all he says it's his Tenants aren't doing it ..we cleaned the spot up last summer because of the smell and the same thing again I'm just trying to solve this problem because I have to live with this health hazard every year..
