    Broad Street needs to be paved very badly. I drive here often to go to St Sebastian Church and the Russell Library, and I have gotten severe damage to my steering gear causing vibration to the steering wheel from driving here. My car shakes on this road! So I stopped driving here and now I go to a different library and Church. The road is very rough and bumpy, there are many potholes, and at the stop sign near the Church, there are tire grooves that look years old from cars braking over and over in that spot. Terrible!

This river is destroying the road. It has created pot holes and a trench along the side of the road. This road has never been is such a bad state. Please get the road back the way it was, and get Carl Hayn to reroute the water to the way it wasl
