    R.V that has been parked at Todd Harris for a week now. I talked to whoever was in the R.V. last week and they basically told me to get lost. We have seen some type of smoke come out of the vehicle along with people going in and out of it. Most definitely drugs going in and out

    The white cart plates are U284TX-the grey car has no plates. The vehicles do not move but the people that own the vehicles leave through out the day. They have been there so long that the area that the cars are at is starting to stink. We are getting complaints from our park patrons!!
