    Hertz is still parking on the sidewalk causing people to walk in the busy street.
    Parking Enforcement does nothing!!!
    New Haven Police department does nothing!!!
    Hertz is breaking the Law!!!
    This is why there are courts of law to bring justice to those who break the laws and for those who fail to enforce the law, to hold accountability!!!

    Hertz of 115 George Street in New Haven keeps blocking the sidewalks and unable to get my wheelchair through the blockage of cars down the sidewalk to go shopping and to school!!!
    They told me to go around the cars in the busy street!!!
    Management of Hertz told me those cars are parked on Hertz owned property!!! And that I should stop bothering them about my problem!!!
    I tried to explain to them that it's illegal to block City sidewalks. Somebody is going to get killed going into the street to go around their cars that are parked there illegally practically every day.
    This has been going on for months now on both sides of Hertz and parking enforcement does nothing!!!
    I'm going to file a lawsuit against Hertz and the City of New Haven neglect and discrimination against Veterans With Disabilities!!!

    Elm City Community Managerment is in violation of the HUD Housing Law to supply adequate transport of tenants to their apartments by elevator by only having one elevator for over 90 units of disabled residents with many in wheelchairs causing tenants to be overcrowded and over the weight limit in one elevator. 1 of the 2 Elevators has NOT been working for several months close to a year. This violation must be fixed right away and Elm City Community management must be fined by the City of New Haven. Elm City Community management will be sued by resident committee. Elm City Community management will be held accountable for the accidents that occured by a few residents got hurt in the elevator.

    Employees of Hertz parking on sidewalk making impossible for wheelchair to use sidewalk. Disabled and abled people have to walk and use wheelchair in street to get around inconsiderate motorist that violates the law. Police department has been called several times and they only asked them to move the vehicle. Hertz needs to get ticketed along with owner of vehicle. Hertz needs to be fined and the police department needs to be sued for not doing their job!

    Homeless drug users trespassing at 49 Union Avenue in New Haven,CT sleeping and peeing and pooping in the stairwells and doing drugs being sold from a few second and third floor residents selling drugs as they break their leases. HUD and Elm City Community Managerment does nothing. Police department said it's a housing problem, Why should myself and the other residents that follow the law and rules of a smoke free and drug free HUD Public Housing have these headaches living there inhaling smoke from cigarettes, marijuana and crack along with the ammonia from urine and methane gas from human fecal matter. Why do all us upstanding residents have to have this Health Hazzard every time We are home? Why must we be harassed and put in harm's Way by these trespassing homeless people and drug addicts every Time We try to get into the building we live in? They push us out of our way when we open the door with the key and knock us over And lawsuit from a large group of the residents will have to be filed with the city against Elm City Community Managerment and the Mayor of New Haven along with the secretary of HUD for $12.7 million dollars.
