    There are two large potholes in the right eastbound lane of Sprague Street on the bridge over the train tracks, located between the US 52 exit ramp and the Wilco/Hess Station. They are right where the tires have to cross, no way to avoid them without causing a traffic hazard. You can even see them in the google maps satellite image.

    This bridge over the train tracks is falling apart. It is riddled with pot holes and large cracks. It has GOT to be unsafe to drive on. It keeps getting worse the longer you wait to fix it. The ice has done significant damage. You're seeing the metal rods from where the pavement is gone! I know I'm not the only one reporting on this!
