The property tax records specifically state 214 consists of empty residential lots. There was never a construction site before the trailer was was authorized in VIOLATION of of code. Travis Cummings does not get to make up the rules as he goes. DERELICTION of DUTY by Mayor, City Council, Planning Department, and Zoning Board.
