    The street tree outside our home leans dangerously towards our house. It is at least a 100 ft mature red oak which leans 40feet from the sidewalk into our property. It prompts drivers to stop on the street and to tell me of the precarious tilt. I would gladly plant another tree (at my cost) in its place if it was removed.
