Homeowner at 7301 e Calle Cabo has concreted the alleyway/ROW and using it for the home's parking. They are blocking access to the alleyway for emergency, utility, and homeowners use with their vehicles and furniture. Permit?

This palo verde tree is no subject to nppo and is causing damage to the wall.

Huge hole in road. Washed out from recent rain.

Recently paved roads required new manhole install. This one is too loose and rattles whenever any vehicle drives over it. The very loud metallic sound indicates that it's sized incorrectly, or needs adjusted.

Numerous large potholes on Cloud Road between Sabino Canyon Road and Sabino Vista Drive.

From RFCD: LUCAS WITH METRO WATER STATED THAT THERE WAS A CONCRETE STRUCTURE THAT HAS BEEN UNDERCUT FROM EROSION AND IS CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS FENCE BUT ALSO POTENTIALLY TO TWO WATER METERS IN THE SAME AREA. HE WOULD LIKE TO BE CALLED OR EMAILED IF WE ARE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING.

This location has more than one pot hole at least three to four inches deep causing tired damage to my husband's vehicle ~ which he will report independently.

There are about 10 large potholes from on Cloud East of Sabino Canyon, about 0.6 of a mile

This stretch of road is becoming more and more dangerous due to excessive speeding. I have witnessed and experienced cyclists, runners and people walking their dogs who have narrowly escaped getting hit by speeding automobiles. More signage and speed bumps are needed, especially in close proximity to Fruchtendler Elementary School. I have seen numerous times when the school crossing guard has been close to being hit by automobiles who refuse to slow down on E Cloud Road.

Per the constituent, guest hit a pothole along E Cloud Rd between N Sabino Canyon Rd & N Larrea Ln, blew out the tire, not sure if any other damage was done; potholes need to be repaired.
