    Trash was thrown all over the street up and down Washington Avenue. When I called APD on the individual throwing trash everywhere I was informed this is not a crime and Albany no longer has a mental health crisis team.

    Why did we use taxpayer money for a skatepark if we are just going to continue to allow groups of skateboarders to destroy the memorial monuments in Washington park? They are posted no skateboarding. Let's see some enforcement when police are patrolling through the area. It would take 2 minutes. Just as taxpayer money was used for the skatepark, taxpayer money is also used for the ongoing repairs due to this unnecessary damage not to mention the disrespect for what the Soldiers and Sailors monument itself represents.

    These two dirt bikes continue to drive and park on the sidewalk between the lionheart and the restaurant at 450 Madison. This has been reported previously and not addressed. When it happens in the evening, Parking can't be reached and the police say parking is not their jurisdiction. So people can just park wherever after 5:00 p.m.? Since this issue is not getting resolved and is illegal as well as dangerous when they drive on the sidewalk, please have the neighborhood police officer speak to both the lionheart and the restaurant at 4:50 and inform them that whichever of their employees are driving and parking on the sidewalk have to stop. They have to drive and park on the street. Neither vehicle appears to have a license plate either.

    This house appears to be a rental property. Last weekend cars were parked all over the front lawn for a party and now it seems that the lawn is continuing to be used as a parking lot. There is a driveway next to the property for the residents' use. Perhaps this situation can be remedied by codes enforcement.
