Constituent called requesting N. Wanda/Mahogany rd (this is ONE street) be paved. It is highly travelled and many people use it to cut through for access to/from Hardy and Magee. They reported one chip seal about 12 years ago and it is rough.

Sink hole starting in road and shoulder. Getting worse every time I pass by. Issue could cause vehicle damage

Constituent called to report the vegetation at the southeast corner of Mulberry place and Morning View dr is overgrown. If it grows more it could obstruct the stop sign. Thank you.

W. Dawn Dr. from Morningview to La Canada needs to be resurfaced/repaved. You did a great job with the streets south of us; W. Emerine Dr. and W. Liddell Place and many more have been repaved. We thought you would do W. Dawn Dr. next but it appears you went further south and didn't include us in your repayment. W. Morningview Dr. from Pine (which you repaved beautifully)curving around to La Canada is absolutely horrible. I travel this road very often and it is terrible on cars and has been patched up so often I'm surprised it hasn't been repaved.
Can you let me know when you will be repaving our area? I contacted you in September of 2021 and your crew was out here fixing our pothole immediately and did a fantastic job. Thank you for your time.

asking if we could please clean up the area of vegetation around this intersection. The bus picks up the kids there and they are worried with all the bugs and the kid having to stand in the weeds.

Constituent called to report potholes on Morning View dr, east of Wanda rd.

Now that are record monsoon is over, all the streets and washes in our neighborhood need some attention. The monsoon has washed a lot of sand and rocks into our streets. There are still signs up saying the road is closed on Wanda at the wash, but it is passable and needs cleaned out. All the streets are creating an environmental pollution with all the dust from the passing cars. The entire area east of LaCanada to Northern from Wanda to Hardy need shoulder repair, removal of debris in the washes, and street sweeping. Hope you can schedule these activities sooooon.

Shoulder repair needed a the driveway of the property of 8501 N Wanda Rd. The dirt has washed out forming a ditch area at the driveway and needs dirt filled in and compacted down. The previous storms washed out the dirt forming/leaving a ditch eroded area w/ a gap. You may contact the constituent for any questions. Thank you.

I am the home owner at 8610 n. Mulberry dr requesting milling and paving to Mulberry dr as well as adjacent roads (Fir Dr , Hickory Dr and Morning View.) These are very worn and potholed and have been so for the 25 years I’ve lived here. The existing asphalt has always been exceptionally thin, almost or possibly like chip seal, and doesn’t hold up the school buses, waste collection vehicles or monsoon/heavy rains. Pothole repairs have been performed over the years but inconsistently applied. Often making the repaired area as bad as before by creating a bump instead of the hole. Please consider this request.

Constituent reports vegetation blocking the WB and EB stop signs on Morning View Dr at the intersection with Wanda Rd. They state the west side of the intersection is worse with a large tree blocking the majority of the sign, making it incredibly difficult to see.
