Description

Traffic backs up all the way to the Plaza Dr. signal regularly. This is caused by inadequate lane usage at Columbus Parkway & Admiral Callaghan Lane. As you approach the signal at Columbus Pkwy., the left lane bears all the vehicular flow because the right lane is a "right turn only lane". By eliminating a right turn lane only, it eliminates the need for everyone to merge left at the last minute which is the main cause of traffic backing up.
