City of Vallejo assigned this issue to Code Enforcement Division

This is on Public property! It is in the marina lot which I manage for the City.

Never said it's not Public property. Code Enforcement oversees the Community Services Section that will assign an Officer to handle this request. We don't send our unarmed Police Cadet to handle vehicles that are potentially occupied by the homeless.
