Abandoned atleast 4 months. Vegetation growing underneath vehicle. I cannot park my car ifo my house. Problem vehicle was abandoned ifo 155 Mesa Verde St recently.
Also in violation of 22651 (o) VC O-Tow Expied registration past 6 months.
