Description

Homeless person has left her vehicle. She is now residing at a house across the street from her abandoned car. This car has scratched out registration sticker. It is full of stinking garbage and is emitting a toxic smell which is a danger to people in the court especially kids and senior citizens.

VMC 8.12.030 A1 remove vehicles after 72 hours. dont let cars sit in our streets for 45 days, notify the owner to move it or tow it away at their expense.
