Description
There are four motor RVs parked on Mare Island Way directly in front of Independence Park. They have been parked in the 2 hour parking zone for months. Each occupant of the RVs have two cars. They are also using gas powered generators everyday at all times of the day and night. The noise polution is equivalent to your nextdoor neighbor mowing the lawn at 3AM.

One of the campers with orange and black generators has spliced into the light pole to use his generator this stealing. Electricity. Because the campers/rv been parked there the general public is unable to use the park or go fishing anymore. Since this campers have been parked here for months. What are they doing with their human waste?

Has there been any update from Vallejo Code Enforcement?
There are now 6 motorhomes parked along Mare Island Way in addition to a box truck and three dilapidated vehicles parked in the two hour parking zone.
I am asking that they be moved along before this turns into a giant encampment.
The sound of power generators vibrating metal, transients arguing, and blaring music is driving me insane.
I have not had a good night's sleep in months. They need to be moved along and I am running out of options.

It is almost 10 PM and it seems like it will be another night of tossing and turning because the people parked in front of Independence Park are yelling loudly, arguing, and cursing. When they are done shouting, they will turn on their gas powered generators.
Since my last update, additional dilapidated vehicles and RVs have parked along the 2 hour parking zone.
Tomorrow I will explain to my supervisor at work why I am always tired again, but they won't care. Just like the city doesn't care.

It seems that one of them have acquired a new generator because the droning noise is pure torture now.
This is the same sensory overload terrorist in Guantanamo Bay are tortured with.
Has there been any update from the Code Enforcement Division?

Thanks for making a work order.
The same occupants of the RVs have obtained more generators and are now playing loud music, hosting frequent parties, and spinning donuts in the grass. In addition to the previously mentioned issues, metallic banging can be heard all throughout the night as they work on dilapidated vehicles.
My neighbors and I need a resolution to this matter as the lawlessness has gone on for an unreasonable amount of time.
We are asking that they be moved out of the two hour parking zone and the generators be turned off.
