look at the grounds at any of our tax payer funded schools, trash everywhere, that's where this behavior is taught and learned. we can't expect any better from the scum that inhabits the weeds in our town.

Vallejo Furniture, 700 Sereno has been tagged again, ADD A TENT (with people living there?) next to their building, waiting for a FIRE TO DESTROY THEIR BUILDING? LOOK at the PRIVATE PROPERTY next to Jack in the Box HI 29 & 37, STILL NOT CLEANED UP!!!
