Description

While I appreciate the choice to fly the US flag at half mast in sympathy with the French, at no time should the City of Vallejo flag be flown higher than the US federal flag. Vallejo flag must also be at half-mast minus a little.

December 7 update - Seems like the US Flag should be back at full staff, after the President's speech last night.
