Description
Abandoned vehicle with expired (2015) Oregon plates. Hasn't moved in months. Parents from the adjacent school need this lot for parking. Located at the corner of Madrone and Rickover street across from the Mare Island Health and Fitness Academy school.

I look around and all I see is cars parked in red zones, in front of fire hydrants, in front of handicap access ramps, and even the wrong direction. I've called the police and they act like I'm being unreasonable for reporting it. As long as people are able to get away with it they will continue to break the law.
However, I am happy to see that someone else cares...
