Description
Large silver graffiti with black border on sound wall exit coming from I 80 to Hiway 37 west bound. Graffiti is over 3 feet tall. Graffiti is very visible from Columbus Pkwy to Hiway 37 over pass west bound.

A. Could not provide photo graffiti is in an area that you can not stop to take photo. Graffiti is at least 36. inches tall on sound wall that is near I 80 & Hiway 37.
