Abandoned vehicle has been parked in front of 17 Rodgers for over 1 year. Silver BMW 745i, 4-door vehicle, CA License Plate #6WOH027 expired February 2017

Homeless man has broken into vehicle and has been sleeping in vehicle for the past 2 months. This man is an African American, dark complexion and is about 6'1" tall.
