Once again im reporting this filthy homeless camp that has turned into a repair or chop shop for bicycles! These slobs are in plain view of everyone driving up and down broadway on any given day. The camps are starting to compound as has the garbage. Where do you think these "citizens" relieve themselves? Out in the field, total bio-hazard! The property owner needs to take responsibility for their property. This is a broken record reporting these sites in Vallejo. Impose heavier fine s to those who dont comply and maintain their property, or contact 'DJ" he or she seems to have all the answers. Maybe these slobs, being good taxpaying Vallejo citizens can afford to rent a toilet and get some garbage cans to keep up their illegal camp! NOT!!!!!!!!! Good job COV!!!!!!!!!!!
